Conditions for returns:

• Live plants and trees are non-refundable once delivered or installed.

• If your item arrives incorrectly, notify us within 48 hours for a replacement or credit.

• Non-living items (like bagged soil, mulch, or fertilizer) may be returned unused within 48 hours for a refund minus restocking fees.
